With the advent of Internet era, virtual channels have gradually replaced original traditional physical channels, and then developed online shopping platform that is currently most relied on by consumers, also known as e-commerce platforms. However, among thousands platforms, there are still platforms stand tall thriving without being affected bubble, successfully occupy market accumulating trust users for a long time. Therefore, this study aims to explore why operators choose top three Shopee, momo Shopping PChome24h their choice opening. This determines preliminary levels factors through literature collection, uses Delphi method expert questionnaire analysis, gathers opinions digital summarizes key use. The criteria “overall service quality platform”, “high customer convenience”, “complete product service”.
